Refund
- All our dresses have a 3 Day Money-Back Guarantee.
- Items purchased within 3 days can be returned for a refund.
- All Sale and Promotional Items are not eligible for returns.
- We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
- Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full-price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.
Requirements for Returns
- Must include a valid original purchase order number.
- Dresses must be in a new, unused condition.
- Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
- The customer will be given a refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
Exchange
- Oidro strives to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience for our customers. That's why shipping and exchanges are a cinch.
- We know you'll love your Oidro dress, but if for any reason you are not content with your selection, we'd like to provide you the exchange service. We accept exchanges up to 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods by customer. Dresses must be in a new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact.
Exchange Steps
- Make sure all tags and Labels available;
- Email us and request an exchange, our staff will reply you within 1-3 business days.
- We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition.
